If you're vegan and you shop at Costco then you need this list of 51 Costco vegan products! Every item on my shopping list is label-checked, taste-tested, and picky husband-approved!

I recently shared a list of my favorite vegan products at Trader Joe's-- not just a list of ALL the vegan products at TJ's but a list of the vegan products that I actually buy and use. So many of you reached out and told me how much it helped you to have a realistic shopping list for Tj's that I thought sharing my Costco vegan products shopping list would also be helpful to you!

I do a majority of my grocery shopping at three stores with occasional trips to Whole Foods and Sprouts. I buy bulk items at Costco, organic produce at a local market, and specific products (inexpensive organic vegan wine, coconut aminos, my favorite vegan granola bars) at Trader Joe's when I can make a trip there.

Even though you have to buy a membership to shop at Costco ($60 for one year), I still think it's worth it because they offer lots of perks in addition to low prices.

• Their return policy is awesome! You don't even need to bring your receipt because they can look it up on your account.
• Members can get cheaper gas at the Costco gas station.
• Travel discounts ($$$ Costco cash card) when you book through them. We'll definitely be using Costco travel to book our Disney cruise this year! (Thinking about booking a Disney cruise? You'll need this ultimate guide to eating vegan on Disney Cruise!)
• Discounts on movie tickets and restaurant gift cards.
• Product samples to snack on while you shop!

I've done a lot of price comparison research on the following organic + vegan products and Costco,by far,has the best prices. That's why it's worth it to me to buy things in bulk because we're on a budget and I cut every corner possible so we can afford all of the fresh organic produce that we could possibly eat.

Here are 27 Cheap vegan meals you can make on a budget if you need some inexpensive inspiration!

Note - Costco's products tend to vary by store and they also seem to go through a seasonal rotation on products so don't be surprised if you don't find all of these products at your local store today but they might pop up in a few months!

My Favorite Costco Vegan Products

Let's get to it! The following list has all of my favorite Costco vegan products that I really buy and use on a regular basis. Have you tried any of them? Did I miss any of your favorite vegan products?

1 - Organic Coconut Clusters

These coconut clusters are insanely delicious and addicting! I bought it with the intentions of sprinkling it overrawnola bowls that we like for breakfast but it's so tasty on its own that we end up just snacking on it right out of the bag.

2 - Organic Quinoa

This is the best price I've found for organic quinoa anywhere! The price occasionally goes down to $8.99, so if you see that-- stock up! What makes this quinoa even better is that it's already washed, so it saves you a step while you're cooking!

Not sure if you like quinoa? Try it in quinoa crust pizza, southwest quinoa salad, or in quinoa taco meat!

3 - Organic Brown Rice

We eat a lot of brown rice and this is a great price! It's inexpensive, it's versatile, and it goes with so many recipes--> Try this spicy vegan sausage, peppers, and rice skillet, it's fantastic!

Tip - If you're worried about weevils growing in a bag of rice this big, just pop it in the freezer for 24 hours (or store it there indefinitely, that's what I do) and any eggs that are already in the rice will die.

4 - Amy's Organic Soups Multipack

I make an effort to cook everything from scratch but sometimes you just need something that's already cooked. We live in Florida, and last September, we lost power for one week after Hurricane Irma hit. We practically lived off these soups (we also really like the lentil variety) during that week...in case you were wondering, they're delicious hot or cold, and the cans are BPA-free.

Amy's soups are much more expensive when you buy them individually so this is a great deal to have a ready-to-eat item on hand just in case you need it.

5 - Banza Chickpea Pasta

I've tried a lot of gluten-free pasta and so far, chickpea flour noodles are my favorite! They hold their shape, taste like a regular noodle, and they're loaded with protein!

Not sure what to make? Try making super creamy vegan mac and cheese with these noodles!

6 - Mariani Organic Pitted Dates

I use dates for any recipe that I want natural sweetness, like in theserawnola breakfast bowls or in mango coconut dark chocolate bites.

I also like to cut the date in half, add a dollop of peanut butter, then dip the stuffed date in melted dark chocolate and freeze it until set. You can thank me later...it's AMAZING!

7 - Organic Fire Roasted Red Peppers

I like to have a jar of these fire-roasted red peppers in the pantry at all time! I like to blend them up into asauce for pasta or slice them and put them in wraps or on sandwiches. It's a huge jar and you can do so much with them!

8 - Organic Sweet Pickled Beets

If you like beets you have to try these pickled beets! They're so sweet and tangy, we are obsessed-- I even got my mom hooked on them too! I always add a few to our salads or we just eat a coupleof slices as a snack. They're addicting!

9 - Organic Tomato Basil Sauce

You always need to have a few jars of tasty tomato sauce in the pantry for nights when you don't have time to cook.

Or you might have time to cook these delicious lentil meatballs but you don't want to make your own sauce. It's totally okay to use shortcuts once in a while, especially when this sauce is lower in sodium and sugar than most other jarred sauces out there.

10 - Organic Peanut Butter

This is the best price that I've found for (2) 28oz jars of organic peanut butter! It's super creamy and has a delicious nutty flavor.

We use peanut butter as a spread on toast, in salad dressing for my favorite quinoa arugula salad, and in chocolate peanut butter dessert hummus!

11 - Organic Black Beans

Before I got my Instant Pot, I always bought these 8-packs of organic black beans. The cans are BPA-free and at only $.85 per can-- you can't beat the price of convenience. Another plus-- compared to most canned black beans, they're extremely low in sodium, only 85 mgs!

12 - Organic Pasta 6-Pack

If you're not gluten-free, you have to try these noodles! I don't know what it is about them but they have the best texture and the shapes are super fun.

Try the noodles with this 15-min vegan alfredo sauce recipe, it's so creamy and delicious!

13 - HippeasChickpea Puffs

The vegan white cheddar flavor is my favorite snack of all time, they're so dang good! Plus, this is a much better price than paying $3-$5 for a tiny bag at a regular store.

Try the chickpea puffs on the side with a vegan BLT sandwich for lunch.

14 - Gluten-Free Quinoa Noodles

I love these quinoa noodles, they have such a noodle-like texture that you really can't tell that it's gluten-free! It's one of those items that's in the rotation so even if they get rid of it for a few months it usually comes back. However, if I see the dreaded asterisk I will buy a few bags and keep them in our freezer just in case.

15 - Organic Baked Seaweed Crisps

If you like nori then you'll love these flavorful seaweed crisps for a healthy snack!

16 - Organic Salad Topper

If you eat a lot of salads as we do then this product is so convenient to have on hand. Just reach in and add a handful of crispy roasted seeds to your salad for a boost of healthy fats!

17 - Loma Linda Plant-Based Protein Chipotle Bowls

This is such a great quick meal to have on hand for nights when you want something healthy and tasty but you just don't have time to cook! Serve it with a big salad for a satisfying dinner!

18 - Artichokes (in water)

Artichokes are one of my favorite salad toppers (I've also been known to eat an entire small jar in one sitting) and I only buy them in water, not in oil. These artichoke halves are delicious and are a great price!

I also use the artichokes to make the best vegan spinach artichoke dip or vegan stuffed shells!

19 - Organic Flaxseed

This is a great price for such a huge bag of ground flaxseed! I put it in our daily fruit smoothie, in rawnola, and as the binder (egg substitute) forlentil meatballs.

20 - Organic Somersault Crackers

My whole family LOVES these little sunflower puffs! They're so delicious and addicting but they're good for you so I'm totally okay with that. I like tobring a bag of them with us to Disney World when we go to the parks so we have something healthy to snack on!

21 - Organic Raw Cashews

We go through raw cashews like crazy. I use them to make vegan recipes super creamy!

Try this creamy broccoli salad or thisvegan broccoli cheese soup, it's so creamy and cheezy!

22 - Organic Dark Chocolate Belgian Thins

OMG these dark chocolate thins are seriously addicting! Each bite is loaded with nuts, seeds, quinoa puffs, and goji berries. This is a healthy treat that I think you'll love!

23 - Organic Popcorn

Costco seems to rotate between this brand, Angie's, and Skinny Pop. All three are organic, vegan, and delicious. If you see them on sale for less than $4, it's a great deal-- stock up!

24 - Organic Multigrain Tortilla Chips

I love love love these tortilla chips because you can actually see all the seeds and grains in each chip! I always buy a few bags when they go on sale. The chips are especially delicious with watermelon salsa!

25 - Organic Lentil Turmeric Crackers

These crackers are delicious! We love to eat them plain or dipped in hummus or with rainbow salsa.

26 - Organic Millet Ramen Noodles

I love these ramen noodles for when we make ramen noodle bowls or pho! They have great texture and taste delicious!

27 - Organic Chia Seeds

I add chia seeds to everything--> Salads, granola bars, smoothies, etc.

Like chia seeds? Try this cherry kiwi mango chia seed pudding, it's a super quick and easy breakfast!

28 - Pure Organic Layered Fruit Bars

I love these layered fruit bars because it tastes like dessert but it has no added sugar! It's not too big but it's big enough to quench your sweet craving and it's the perfect size to stash in your purse for an afternoon pick-me-up.

29 - Organic Roasted Kale Snacks

My mom got me hooked on these, they taste kind of similar to seaweed snack but more earthy. They're super crispy and taste delicious! It's the perfect light and healthy snack.

30 - Organic Bread (2-Pack)

I normally buy Ezekial bread at my local market or at TJ's (they have the best price!) but if we're out of bread and I don't want to make any other trips then I get this bread. It's delicious and a great price for two organic loaves.

31 - Organic Baby Spinach

This is a great price for organic baby spinach! We eat a lot of spinach in soups, salad, pasta dishes, etc. Costco also carries the same size package of organic spring mix and a large bag (5-6 heads) of organic romaine lettuce.

32 - Classic Organic Hummus

Originally, I thought I wouldn't like this hummus because it's plain but that's what makes it so great! You can season it any way you like and use it for lots of different recipes.

My husband likes to add Italian seasonings and chopped-up olives to his hummus and I like to add sundried tomatoes to mine and then add it to roasted veggie wraps.

33 - Organic Guacamole Packets

We can never have too many avocados or too much guac at our house! It's so convenient to have a packet of guac ready to go at a moment's notice.

You can pack a bag in your lunch box with some crackers or add a dollop of guac tosalsa stuffed peppersor jackfruit enchiladas. You can't go wrong!

34 - Organic Wildbrine Raw Sauerkraut

This sauerkraut is my all-time favorite sauerkraut and I hope that Costco never stops carrying it! It has the best flavor and it's such a great price! A container ¼ this size is $5-6 at my local store. This is a steal!

Try using this sauerkraut on sausage dogs with mustard or add a heaty dollop to your salad for a boost of probiotics, your gut will thank you.

36 - Silk Organic Almond Milk

This is a great price for organic almond milk! They also carry shelf-stable cartons of So Delicious unsweetened organic coconut milk if you prefer.

Use the almond milk in cereal and try the coconut milk in this recipe for 30-minute vegan chickpea curry, it's easy and delicious!

37 - Organic Green Tea

A plant-based nutritionist recommended this green tea brand to me! While I think it's an acquired taste, I do like it and you can't beat this price.

38 - French Roast Single Serve Coffee No-Waste Cups

I love that Costco has an option for k-cups without the plastic, this is so much better for the environment and it tastes great!

39 - Organic Raw Kombucha

I love kombucha but I won't pay more than $2.99 for one bottle. $2.41 per bottle is a great price but keep your eyes open for a sale because it often goes on sale for $11.99. That's a stock-up price!

40 - Organic Sprouted Tofu (4-pack)

You just can't beat $1.47 for a pack of sprouted tofu, this is a great deal! If you think that 4 blocks are too much then you can put the extra blocks in the freezer until you're ready to use them.

I like to freeze my tofu first because I think it helps to get rid of excess water better while it's defrosting. Then you press it (with a tofu press) and can add it tolow-carb roasted veggie tofu tacos for extra protein or intaco tofu stuffed tomatoes!

You could also use the tofu to make oil-free baked almond butter tofu for dinner or a curried vegetable tofu scramble for breakfast. There are so many options!

41 - Organic Cauliflower Tots

These cauliflower tots make a delicious and easy, kid-friendly side dish to the best vegan lentil sloppy joes for a quick and healthy dinner.

42 - Chloe's Organic Fruit Pops

These pops may be seasonal for the summer but they're delicious! If you see them, grab a box or two to last you throughout the summer.

43 - Organic Frozen Spiralized Zucchini

I love having these frozen zucchini noodles on hand for a quick and healthy dinner! I often make this spicy Thai sauce recipe but substitute the zucchini noodles for the sweet potato noodles. Just be careful not to overcook the zucchini noodles because they're very delicate and can get too soft very easily.

44 - Sweet Earth General Tso's Tofu

I love this brand, their vegan bacon is super delicious too!

45 -Frozen Organic Riced Cauliflower

Frozen riced cauliflower is a staple in my freezer because it's so easy to cook and it's so convenient to have it already ready to go! Some nights I need a quick dinner and this is my go-to main ingredient.

We love to use it for cauliflower "fried rice" or mixed with quinoa in lettuce cups!

This package easily has two large heads of cauliflower in it. An organic cauliflower can run $3-$6, so considering that the work is already done for you, this is a great deal!

46 - Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders

We don't eat processed foods on a regular basis but on some super busy nights, you just need something quick. Or if I'm not home, my husband can make this for himself. It's a good option to have just in case and they really do taste like chicken-- it's pretty crazy!

47 - Dr. Praeger's Organic Veggie Burger

These burgers are super delicious, especially when you load it up with butter lettuce, beefsteak tomato slices, spicy chipotle sauce, and guac on a toasted bun...yes,please!

48 - Frozen Organic Broccoli

This is the best frozen broccoli that I've ever tried! It's big stalks of broccoli, not little dinky bits + it's a great price! Try making it as a side dish with this vegan lasagna.

49 - Frozen Organic Blueberries

One of my favorite breakfasts is homemade cinnamon oatmeal with a handful of these frozen wild blueberries on top! I love how the hot oatmeal melts the frozen wild blueberries, it creates almost like a naturally sweet blueberry syrup-- it's so delicious.

50 - Frozen Organic Cherries

These organic frozen cherries are such good quality and you can't beat the price! I use them to make the best cherry protein smoothie for breakfast or a healthy snack.

51 - Organic Superfruit Acai Bites

These acai bites are so delicious and are the perfect snack or after-dinner treat!

52 - Snapware Glass Containers

I've been using these glass containers every single day for 5 years now and they've held up very well. I absolutely love them-- I even got my mom to switch out all of her plastic containers!

53 - Organic Cotton Pillows(Allergy-Friendly)

We've been using these pillows for over one year now and they've held up very well, they are still fluffy and comfy! I like that they have a hypoallergenic filling and an organic cotton cover.

54 - Free & Clear Organic Laundry Detergent

We've been using this laundry detergent for years, we love it! I used to buy a bottle that was half its size for the same price at a natural market. Whenever it goes on sale at Costco, I buy 2-3 bottles to stock up. This is a great deal!
