If you love the good ol’ Reuben sandwich (I mean, who doesn’t?!), then this is going to be the recipe of your dreams. And I promise you will receive many requests for the recipe after making it. It happens to me every single time.

How To Make Crockpot Reuben Dip

In a crockpot, combine:

  • Corned beef
  • Cream cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Sour cream
  • Swiss cheese

  • I love adding an entire can of sauerkraut, but reduce by half if sauerkraut isn’t your thing.

  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 14.5 oz sauerkraut
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese shredded

    Hi TMT! I am not a huge fan of Swiss, either, and I promise you won't taste that "bite" that it can leave in your mouth. If you are totally opposed to trying it, mozzarella or havarti would work great, as well! Let me know what you use and how it turns out!
