Carrot Cake

My Keto Carrot Cake Recipe is always a great subject for the Keto Cops to discuss (read: rant about).

I have heard complaints such as “carrots” aren’t Keto and insults all the way up to calling me a hack.

But you know what? FOOD ISN’T “KETO”. People are.

So, if you like carrot cake and it fits in your macros, enjoy.

If not, keep scrollin because you really aren’t going to like what I have to say about apples in the next low carb recipe lol.

Petty Aunt Apple Pie

Yep, hear me out. This dessert has 8 net carbs per slice. Can you eat it everyday? Nope.

Should you eat it on a holiday if you love apple pie? I say yes, you can if you want to. It’s the best apple pie you’ll ever have Keto or not.

Orange Poppyseed Madeline’s:

Keto Orange Poppyseed Madelines? OMG yes! These light and airy cakes have a hint of orange and are as beautiful as they are delicious.

What if I told you that the Keto Madeleine’s contain only 2 net carbs?

They are traditionally French in origin and are named after the Marquise de Pompadour who was one of the mistresses of King Louis XV. The traditional recipes for this dessert do not contain sugar or flour but they are usually sweetened with honey or maple syrup.

Umm, not Keto. But we replace the honey with Allulose and they come out beautifully.
